2023 Sikh Youth Symposium

International speech symposium/competition was held at Gurdwara Sahib Charlotte for three days August 4-6th. Credit goes to Svinay Pal Singh & his wife Gureet Kaur for taking the lead for organizing & working on the logistics to make sure it goes as planned. Also countless sewadaars from community who took time off from work to participate in Sewa. Most of children & parents had come to Charlotte from all over USA & Canada.
Children spoke about the Sikh teachings, values and how to practice Sikh faith. Also challenges they face in Western cultures while practicing their faith & identity.
